At Child Creations, we understand the great responsibility that comes with caring for children. That is why we employ a highly qualified and dedicated staff committed to providing every child with a safe, nurturing, spiritual, and educational environment.

All staff members undergo extensive background checks approved by the Tennessee Department of Human Services and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications to ensure the highest level of safety for our students. Our team is trained in emergency procedures and practices these regularly with students to ensure preparedness.

In addition, staff receive ongoing training in licensing and health department regulations, child abuse prevention, and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). These trainings are reviewed and updated every three months.

Child Creations is also committed to professional growth and provides continuous educational opportunities for staff, focusing on developmentally appropriate practices that support each child’s academic, social, and emotional development.

The directors at Child Creations are educated on the procedures of the facility. They are at the center to guide the teachers in caring for the students. They are also there to assist parents during drop off or departure. The directors are put in place to answer any questions that parents may have.

Each classroom at Child Creations has one lead teacher along with one and sometimes two assistant teachers. Lead teachers are expected to complete lesson plans and create a fun and spiritual learning environment. Assistant teachers are expected to assist the lead teachers in caring and teaching the children.
