Child Creations understands the responsibility of caring for children. That is why Child Creations maintains highly qualified staff to ensure that students will have a safe, spiritual, and educational experience. All staff at Child Creations have passed extensive background checks that are approved by the Tennessee Department of Human Services. All staff maintain current CPR and First Aid training to ensure the students' safety at the facility. The staff are trained on emergency procedures and collaborate with students in practicing these procedures monthly. The staff is also trained on licensing and health department regulations, child abuse and sudden infant death. These trainings are reviewed every three months.
Child Creations also provides the staff with educational opportunities that allow them to be educated on developmentally appropriate practices in educating the students.
The directors at Child Creations are educated on the procedures of the facility. They are at the center to guide the teachers in caring for the students. They are also there to assist parents during drop off or departure. The directors are put in place to answer any questions that parents may have.
Each classroom at Child Creations has one lead teacher along with one and sometimes two assistant teachers. Lead teachers are expected to complete lesson plans and create a fun and spiritual learning environment. Assistant teachers are expected to assist the lead teachers in caring and teaching the children.
The cooking staff at Child Creations are trained on Tennessee Health Department regulations and understands the importance of health and nutrition. They are also trained on emergency procedures and maintain current CPR and First Aid.
